Dear Santa
My daddy is a pirate and we don't live on an island
We don't live on any land at all
Dear Santa
Arrrr you tired of getting my letters in a bottle
Arrr ye even getting them at all
I only have one simple request
Will you please put my dad on the nice list
Yo ho yo ho
Pirates never get Christmas
Yo ho yo ho
Please Santa just this once
Dear Santa
"X" marks the spot where I'll be Christmas Eve
I'll even decorate a Christmas tree
Dear Santa
I don't have milk or chocolate chip cookies
But you can take a chest full of booty

The Uh Ohs - Bells Chime
02:18
|
|||
Drink up, me hearties, drink up once again
For this may be the last Christmas
You spend with your men
Bells chime, it's time to dine
Bells chime we drink our wine
Bells chime, feelin' fine
Bells chime, it's Christmas time
Bells chime, it's time to fight
Bells chime, we'll be alright
Bells chime, a long, long night
Bells chime, it's Christmastime
Bells chime, these Christmas ghosts
Bells chime, I miss them so
Bells chime, though I know
In my heart, they're never far off

Some call us wise, we’re mostly ob-serv-ant
Of the world that surrounds us, and skies up above
When a new star appeared, we knew it foretold
A King for the Jews, and perhaps for us too
CHORUS
So we bring him gifts, laced with his future
A future that makes our wisdom seem small
Joy surrounds, like a, desert sandstorm
We worship this God, in his human form
All worship this God, in true…… human form
V2
Some thought us foolish, at the start of this journey
To follow a star, was a senseless plan
But the ways of God, are different than ours
As humbly we kneel, ‘fore the Son of Man
Repeat CHO
Bridge
Rejoice without limits, rejoice without stopping
Come bow to this Jesus the whole world will know
He’ll rule with mercy, truth and compassion
Savior of all life, above and be-low
V3
Some call us wise, for the way we remember
Truths that come to us, in dreams while we sleep

I once knew a Santa man on board my own ship
To see the world, he said, in a single trip
And though we were friends, I never did see him again
For a Santa can never be caged in
Good old jolly old Santa
He’s wily for his age
He’s got an eye to wander
And the whole world’s his stage
Good old jolly old Santa
He’s run away again
A tired old sleigh can’t keep him
But your name, he still does ken
Santa the Bushman is one of his names
For he a walkabout once did go
He said he was off for to find his true fate
That was almost 200 years ago
Old Santa the pilot up, up and away
Taking flight up to the heights
With his head in the clouds and his feet standing firm
In a gondola going up to the skies
I once met a fair mermaid who said she’d loved him
Once upon a time
They days they spent together beyond reason, beyond rhyme
But oh! It couldn’t last, she said, with a tear
In her eyes
For you cannot cage a Santa
And neither should you try

Once in a while, you may think you see better than the others
Scrambling around in the dark with your drum
There is a time when young men must grow up and be brothers
Are you afraid of growing too fast?
And the child with the star on his head
All of the world rests on his shoulders
And the mother with the child on her breast
Blessed is she among women
And the trust we put in things
In small ideas, in engineering
The world of sports and second best
In consequences we will not put to rest
Why crawl around in the snow
When you know I am right here
Waiting for you to expect something more?
For I am warm, I am calling you close to my table
Where I have made us a feast
For the year of troubles, they have gone
The winter brings a Christmas song
And the child with the star on his head
All of the world rests on his shoulders
And the mother with the child on her breast
Blessed is she among women
Does all the world know better than
When Christmas comes the troubles end
The troubles end, the troubles end
And by the time there's nothing left
An empty tree, a winter vest
A winter vest, a winter vest
And all the trust we put in things
In dictionaries, in engineering
In calendars, and television
And father's friends, and consequences

Oh my baby said "Goodbye,
but I'll be home for Christmas."
I watched him sail away
a cold November day
a mission like the rest
a search for Atlantis
without a find he'd be all mine
back home on Christmas Day
The weeks they came and went
Advent nearly done called for
a rescue mission sailed by one!
To the Bermuda Triangle For Christmas
Hoist the sails in the frigid gale
I thought my battle was with the sea
but beneath the cold black waves
a creature was following me
a mission unlike the rest
without a find he wont be mine
back home on Christmas Day
the weeks they came and went
the waves would not relent
with Advent nearly done this was
a rescue mission failed by one!
to the Bermuda triangle for Christmas
out on the horizon
on Christmas Eve
this is not what I wanted
to be lost at sea
just when I thought it was over
I saw the brightest light
colors all around me and
my baby was holding me tight
In the Bermuda Triangle on Christmas
